Magic eraser

Our Daily Bread
I have been teased about looking like Mr Clean a few times in my life, especially when I am on a cleaning "mission".  A cleaning mission is cleaning the house or yard or whatever like tomorrow will never come.  It is ironic in a way because if tomorrow never comes, no one will care about a clean house!  Ha!  I also like trying new cleaning tools if they make the job easier!

I wish there was a Mr Clearn Magic Eraser for relationships and our lives in general!  How much "cleaner" would your like be or how much stronger would your relationships be if we could wipe away the bad stuff with a little water and a Magic Eraser?  We would like to think that.  The fact is that Satan will try to drag us down by constantly reminding us of our failures and regrets.  We need the Magic Eraser of forgiveness for ourselves that can only be granted by the Holy Spirit so we can move on with our lives.  Yes, there are usually consequences for these bad times.  God can use them to make us stronger and learn from them!

Lord, please help us call upon the Holy Spirit to allow grace to clean our hearts and minds so we can better serve you!

Movie Monday
I didn't have time to go to the movie theater this weekend so I watched two movies from Amazon Prime in my home theater.

Flyboys
James Franco starred in this movie about young men who traveled to France to be some of the first fighter plane pilots in WWI.  It was interesting.  Not bad for a free rental!  I am glad I didn't pay anything for it!  ha!  It was OK.  It was better than the other movie I watched!

I give this movie two bear paws.  Available on Amazon Prime.

The Hungover Games
Have you heard of the term "buyers remorse"?  I had it after renting this movie.  I usually enjoy parody movies.  This flick was a parody of several of the popular movies from past few years including Hangover, The Hunger Games, Thor, X-Men and some popular TV shows.  It was very odd and very vulgar and had lots of bare chests.  It also had some very very funny moments, but they were too few and far in between!  It was very humorous that they had lookalikes for the Hunger Games and Hangover cast.  What a hoot!

I give this one bear paw.  Not suitable for most adults much less teenagers or small children.
