Our Daily Bread
I had to admit I had a problem when someone recommended the book: How to say it at work. My joke with my last boss, who was also a Christian was "We are supposed to be nice to people at work, too. Who knew?" LOL Oh boy. THEN my old boss said "When writing an email to a coworker, I had to stop myself before I went 'Duane' on them". Very embarrassing and humbling to say the least. Yes, I have filters, but I often choose to ignore them!
With all the scripture passages about how we are supposed to treat other folks, it seems like they are the most ignored. I know I am very guilty of that. How about you? Do you use your "Christian" filters that the Holy Spirit will give us if we ask when we respond to each situation? Let us pray for each other that we can reflect the love of Christ in all of our dealings with others. May the Lord be with us!

Windows 10
I made a huge move on my Windows PC last week. I upgraded to Windows 10 and also moved that installation from a hard drive to an SSD (solid state drive). No, that is not a weapon of mass destruction! LOL
Windows 10 upgrade took a little while to download and install. I just sort of let it go and checked on it every 10-15 minutes. It took over an hour complete and rebooted several times. It was pretty fast to load even before I moved it to the SSD.
I found a Samsung utility that would move my old hard drive to my new SSD. Amazing! I was a little nervous about (and had an alternative plan if needed). If you decide to try this, be sure to do a complete back up and create a system recovery disk.
The interface is both new and familiar. You can customize it to fit your needs, which is cool.
