Too blessed to complain

Our Daily Bread
Gratitude therapy is something I have been trying the past few years.  Even with all the blessings and many times that God delivered me from trials, I still get a little down sometimes.  I can focus on the things I don't have instead of being truly thankful for all the things I do have.  Being truly thankful can chase away any blues!

The devotional talks about Psalm 107.  Click on the link and read it.  How can we ever be sad or down for very long whenever we think on these things?  Take a look around you.  Be thankful for each person, place or thing in your life.  Think about what your life would be like without that person, place or thing in it.  Wow!
Lord, please help us to be truly thankful, especially when we are feeling a little sorry for ourselves!
